Just in time for summer! Turn a meter of fabric into the perfect beach wrap.

In this easy to follow tutorial from Misty Spinney of Brit+ Co you’ll learn how to turn any meter of fabric in to a stylish beach wrap.

You’ll need:
- 1m of fabric (choose lycra, spandex or sheer mesh – something that won’t fray when cut)
- lace trim or ribbon
- sharp fabric sheers
- a sewing machine or needle and thread

Instructions:
You’ll be using the lace trim/ribbon for the shoulder straps, so you’ll need to start by measuring the length of trim required by draping it over your shoulder.

Cut two pieces of trim (one for each strap) and pin to the top corners of the fabric (one at each corner).
Stitch in place.

To ensure that the wrap stays on more securely you can add some additional lace/ribbon and create a tie back.
Now all that is left to do is wrap yourself up and head for the beach.
